How do I send a predefined response to the consumer?

Whether positive or negative, it's important to respond to reviews left by your customers. To save you time in managing and processing your reviews, you can use our predefined response system.

Thanks to this feature, you'll also be able to respond to several reviews at the same time.

Create a predefined response

Please note that this part requires an administrator user account.

  • Go to the "Review Management" tab:

  • Then click on "Settings" on the left of the screen:

  • Select "Predefined response" from the list.
  • Click on "Add a predefined response" and select "Brand review" or "Product review" according to your needs.

  • Enter the title and content of your answer.
  • Click on "Save".

You can use the following badges to retrieve information specific to moderated reviews and personalize your responses:

  • Order number
  • Customer first name
  • Order date
  • Review date

Send a predefined reply

  • From the "Review Management" tab, go to your "To do" reviews:

  • Click on the review you wish to reply to.
  • Click on "Predefined answers" and select the answer of your choice:

  • Apply modifications if you wish!
  • Send your reply by clicking on "reply".

You can reply to several reviews at the same time. To do so, select the relevant reviews by clicking on the small tick to the left of the notice, then click on the Action button. Select the desired response, then confirm.

Modify a predefined response

  • Go to the "Review Management" tab:

  • Then click on "Settings" on the left of the screen:

  • Select "Predefined Responses" from the list.
  • From the 3 small dots to the right of the predefined message of your choice, click on "edit" :

  • Apply the changes of your choice and save.

Your predefined answer has been updated and will be available in your available answers!


Don't hesitate to create several responses on the most recurring topics to vary your responses!
