Why does the number of notices differ between Statistics and Notice Processing?

As a Rating & Reviews customer, you may need to perform analyses on your Rating & Reviews account data, particularly concerning the number of reviews you have collected.

To do this, you base your analysis on the figures available in the dashboards in the Statistics menu and/or on the number of reviews available in the Review Management menu.

By comparing these data, you may have noticed a difference in volumes.

This article will explain why such a difference may exist.

🏷️ Date filters

Depending on the dashboard consulted, the date repository (or filter) used is not the same as that present in Notice Processing.

In the Review Management menu, you can filter by order date (date of purchase experience), by review submission date or by publication date.

Our dashboards, meanwhile, default to the date repository most conducive to the theme of the dashboard consulted.
Collection performance will be based on the date the email was sent, while review tracking dashboards will be based on the date the review was submitted.

🕙 Data synchronization

Statistics dashboards are synchronized up to three times a week.

  • A Sunday synchronization, on Saturday's data, effective from the following Monday.
  • One synchronization on Tuesday, on Monday's data, effective from the following Wednesday.
  • One synchronization on Thursday, on Wednesday's data, effective from the following Friday.

📅 Period analysed

It's important to note that on all performance dashboards, we take into account the last 12 sliding months maximum.

If you apply a date filter greater than 12 months, it will skew your analysis.

Example: from November 14, 2022 to November 14, 2023
The day after Nov.14, 2023 (the 15th), data from Nov.14.2022 will therefore no longer be available.

All other dashboards allow consultation for up to 24 sliding months.
