Please contact your account manager or the Verified Reviews support team to activate the SFTP feature so that you can upload your CSV files to the server.
SFTP files must be uploaded to a SFTP account at regular intervals, with the partition of your choice.
- Hosted on Avis Verifies servers: In this case, it is up to us to provide you with the access credentials so that you can send us the CSV files of orders.
- If you are storing the data on your own server: do not forget to provide us with the necessary information to activate the feature on our side, such as host, username, password, and port.
Step 1 : Understand the architecture and format of SFTP automation
By default, the structure of the division is defined as follows:
|.../orders/||folder of the main deposit|
|.../orders/success/||sub-folder of the absorbed files|
|.../orders/error/||sub-folder of the erroneous files|
Any transfer in the /orders/ folder will be treated in this manner by our system the day after the deposit between 1:00 and 3:00 am (UTC+1 or UTC+2).
The files will end up in the sub-folders /success/ or /error/ depending on their validity.
Our platform uses a load distributor; think about authorizing the following IP list: 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124, and 126.96.36.199
It is possible to use a unique SFTP for several disassociated accounts in the framework of an international collection or a parent company/subsidiary device.

Step 2 : Creation/preparation of CSV file before submission
The content of the deposited files is set by the type of your collection:

You can verify the validity of the documents at any time in your space (Reviews collection --> Applications --> Test a command file)
Step 3 : Contact your Account manager or Verified Reviews Support Team
Please log in to your account to access the blue button to contact us.
Once you click the button, you will be directed to different steps to fill out a form with all the necessary information.
Please write your message and don't forget to include the necessary information. If you already have a server, please send us your credentials, otherwise ask us to create an account for you on our server and we will send you the created login information.
Once your SFTP account is properly configured, I invite you to deposit your CSV file to the server so it can be consumed by our system.
