Can I offer a reward to my customers in the email or form?

By default, our system does not allow you to offer a reward in the review requests because the ISO 20488 standard and the European laws on online reviews make it mandatory to display a mention near the reviews concerned.

For the United States: there is no law that prohibits it or that stipulates that it must be specified, unless it is considered to be a sponsor case.

If you wish to display a counterparty, you will have to contact your account manager in order to plan the modification of the display of your reviews according to the legal requirements. Alternatively, you can also offer a reward after the review has been submitted, for example on the thank you page. In this case, there is no need to display the mention in question.
