Once you have started to collect Brand Reviews, the R&R solution provides you with a Standard Dashboard that allows you to follow some KPIs such as: average rating in the selected period, rate distribution, average rating in the last 12 months, average rate per month and its evolution.
These KPIs provide a simple overview of your brand's performance and can help you identify actions to take.

How to access on the “Brand reviews” dashboard ?
This dashboard is accessible in your back-office through the menu Statistics:
What data is taken into account on this dashboard?
By default, what is taken into account is:

Review Type ->BRAND REVIEW
Only “Brand review” are counted. It’s important, especially if you collect multiple kind of reviews (brand / product etc..)

Review State ->PUBLISHED REVIEWS + PUBLISHED AFTER MODERATION + WAITING AFNOR PUBLICATION
Information:
We do not use the reviews in moderation (because we don’t know if these reviews can be published later) and the refused r.eviews

Reviewed Date => LAST 30 DAYS
By default, we use the last 30 days - according to the date of submission of the form.
This period can be change with the date picker at the top of the dashboard.

Ratings &Reviews offers the possibility to have a more detailed analysis of Brand Reviews. Advanced Dashboards provide deep insight into review collection, review management and publication.
You can manage the performance of a region, a store (in the case of offline review collection) or have a look on the scores for each quality criteria requested in your form.
