1 - SET UP YOUR PROFILE

Then the first step will be to set it up and add new users:

2 - INSTALL & SET UP COLLECTION
Now it's time to automate the transfer of your proofs of purchase. The aim is for the platform to automatically retrieve all the data linked to your customers' purchases, thereby triggering review requests.

There are three methods of automation: API, SFTP or CMS connector such as Prestashop or Magento, among others. Choose the one that best suits your project and resources.

Once proof of purchase recovery has been automated, configure the sending of notification requests. Define deadlines, activate reminders and manage marketing pressure.

3 - FOLLOW & MODERATE YOUR REVIEWS
Once you've sent the first requests, you can track the collection of reviews from your dashboard.
As soon as the first reviews are received, you have the opportunity to respond to and moderate each one.

Now it's time to publish your reviews!
4 - PUBLISH YOUR REVIEWS
It's time to give visibility to your reviews. Ratings & Reviews certificate will be available, and you'll be able to integrate the widget with the rating on your website.
It's also time to increase awareness and impact your e-reputation by displaying your reviews in Google
