If  you combine brand reviews and product reviews in order to improve customer satisfaction at all levels, know that you can also analyze the results of your product reviews, thanks to the Product Dashboard. 

Prerequisites

How to access on the “Product reviews” dashboard ?

This dashboard is accessible in your back-office through the menu Statistics

What data is taken into account on this dashboard?

By default, what is taken into account is:

  • Review Type -> PRODUCT REVIEW

Only “Product reviews” are comptabilised. It’s important especially if you collect multiple kind of reviews (brand / product etc..)

  • Review State => PUBLISHED REVIEWS + PUBLISHED AFTER MODERATION + WAITING AFNOR PUBLICATION

Information !

We do not use the reviews in moderation (because we don’t know if these reviews can be publish later) and the refused reviews.

  • Reviewed Date => LAST 30 DAYS

By default, we use the last 30 days - according to the date of submission of the form.

This period can be change with the date picker at the top of the dashboard.

Ratings &Reviews offers the possibility to have a more detailed analysis of the collection of product reviews. Advanced Dashboards provide deep insight into review collection, review management and publication.

You can manage the performance of your product catalog, manage the best performing products with a top/flop or visualize at a glance the average scores of your quality criteria requested in your form. Also, you can compare your performance according to seasonality to better adapt your offer to the demands of your customers.
