This indicator counts the number of concerned solicitations depending of its stage (sent, opened, clicked, completed forms), and the final number of collected reviews.
Some measure are also calculated in percentage over the total solicitations sent.
Sent : total of solicitations sent
Opened : total of opened form compared to the total of solicitations sent
Clicked : total of clicked form compared to the total of solicitations sent
Completed forms : total of completed form compared to the total of solicitations sent
Collected reviews : total of reviews compared to the total of solicitations sent
The "relevant reviews" depend on the applied filters
For this dashboard, the stages “sent”, “opened”, “clicked” and “completed form” represent the number of emails sent, opened, clicked and with a completed form (fully or partially completed).
The number of solicitations, on the other hand, corresponds to the total number of products in the emails : in one email, you can have one or several products to be reviewed (hence one or several solicitation reviewed per email) .
