How to contact us ?

If you have questions on various topics (review collection or publication, payments and invoices, etc.), we invite you to use our contact icon.

The icon is available from your Verified Reviews space, at the bottom right of the interface.

How does the contact icon work?

Thanks to a few questions posed by Zoé, our contact icon, your requests will be qualified and transferred to the competent service to provide you with an answer as quickly as possible!

Gradually, the system will offer various solutions to your problem: articles, videos, etc.

You will have the opportunity to write a message at the end of the questionnaire and, in case of an error, you can always go back and change your choices. 

I still need help

If you need further assistance, or if you have additional questions, you will then have the option to open a ticket by clicking on the option "No, I still need help X"

Then detail your request in the dedicated text area. Provide any information you deem important for the resolution of your request.

 

 

It is also possible to add attachments (such as screenshots) by clicking on the paperclip icon.

Depending on the subject of your request, the dedicated team will get back to you as quickly as possible with a response.
