You have the option of activating notifications in order to be informed of your Verified Reviews account activity.
There are several types of notifications:
- Notifications related to reviews: be informed if you get a new positive or negative review, the publication of a review in moderation, a new response from a customer...
- Notifications related to accounting: be informed of new invoices and/or payment statements
- Alert notifications related to alerts: be informed when no orders or reviews have been retrieved for X days. These alert notifications are important, as they identify any technical anomalies on your account.
Step 1: Go to Account management/My account
Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click on <Modify contact configuration>
Step 3: Select the email address for which you want to set up notifications
If the email address to set up notifications does not appear, click on the Add a contact to notify button.
Step 4: Activate the notifications of your choice
Using the small slider, activate or deactivate the notifications of your choice, then click on the Update button.
⭐ Good practices
We advise you to activate the No order received notification. This will notify you in the event that we don't pick up any more orders. This may allow you to identify a possible technical anomaly.
