The statistics page is not displayed: What should I do?


Your user role gives you access to the Statistics menu.


However, when you want to access the menu, the dashboard is not displayed.

It is possible that your browser does not accept all cookies, and then blocks authentication and the loading of our statistics page.



You must ensure that your browser settings do not block cookies.


Step 1

Enable the Allow all cookies option, following the procedure that corresponds to your browser:


Step 2

Empty your browser's caches and cookies.


Step 3

Log into your account.



For the moment, our Statistics tab is not accessible from the Safari browser.
