When you log in to your Verified Reviews account, you will find on your home page a summary of 5 essential elements to set up and follow, so that your collection of reviews works optimally.
These categories are:
Brand Review Moderation
It is very important to check reviews pending moderation to display the most recent reviews on your certificate.
Indeed, pending reviews block the publication of all new reviews.
2 statuses are available:
🟢 Done: you have 0 reviews to moderate
🔴 Pending: the number of reviews to view and moderate is displayed
You can click on the "Moderate my reviews" button to access the Review processing tab.
Product Review Moderation
As with Brand reviews, it is necessary to process reviews awaiting moderation in order to be able to publish them on your Product sheets.
Pending reviews are indeed blocking the publication of all new reviews.
2 statuses are available:
🟢 Done: you have 0 reviews to moderate
🔴 Pending: the number of reviews to view and moderate is displayed
Then click on the "Moderate my reviews" button to process the pending reviews.

Widgets
The number of widgets created (Brand and Product) will be displayed.
We remind you that a widget allows you to display your average rating on your website.
Its integration reassures your customers and increases traffic to your certificate.
2 statuses are available:
🟢 Number of widgets created
⚪ Inactive: no widget has been configured
Then click on "Configure my widget" if you want to display a Verified Reviews widget.
Important:
- If you have created an older version of the widget, it will not be counted in this section. Feel free to modify and use the new version.
- If have uploaded your own custom Verified Reviews Widget, the status may remain inactive. It will therefore not be necessary to configure a new widget if you don't need it.
Certificate
The Verified Reviews Certificate page is a web page indexed by Google and/or other search engines.
It is continuously updated and references all brand reviews dating back less than a year.
3 statuses are available:
🟢 Active: your certificate is complete and appears well in search engines
⚪ Incomplete: the information, e-mail contact, logo and address are mandatory, please check that you have entered them correctly so that the certificate is complete.
🔴 Interrupted: your certificate does not yet exist, because you have not yet collected any reviews.

Collection of reviews
Here you can quickly check that your review collection is working properly.
2 statuses are available:
🟢 Active: we collect your proof of purchase correctly.
⚪ Inactive: we have not received proof of purchase for 7 days.
You can check the configuration of your CSM connector if you are using one for data transmission.
You can also check API integration or SFTP server operation.
